Step 1:
consultation
You give us an overall idea of what you want, your budget, and your timeline. After a few conversations, we will decide iif we are a right fit for each other. Our priority is to ensure you feel comfortable and confident every step of the way.
step 2:
ESTIMATE & REVISIONS
Based off our initial consultation, we will be able to generate you an estimate for your project. We will revisit the budget and go back to the drawing board to see if you want to add or subtract anything from the project plan.
step 3:
AGREement
At this point, we have reached an agreement on all final revisions. Now, we have all the information we need to provide you with a guaranteed price. We will finalize the scope of work, progress payments, timelines, logistics, expectations, plus any concerns you may have. You will be provided with an agreement for mutual signatures, which we will go over together in detail.
step 4:
project management
We will make sure to be in close communication with you throughout this step. Our team will handle the tasks of ordering materials, scheduling, and project execution. Construction will be carefully overseen as we continuously update you on progress.
Step 5:
mid-project changes
Sometimes, unforeseen situations are inevitable. Other times, you might realize you’ve changed your mind about something along the way. Either way, we will readily accommodate any changes, if necessary, to the best of our ability. Any costs associated with your changes will be explained in the project agreement.
step 6:
project completion
Our job is not complete until we have inspected our finished work, met you for a final walkthrough, and conducted a final clean-up. Before completion, we will ensure the product we provide you has met our highest expectations of standards and craftsmanship. Once we have received your stamp of approval, the last course of action is for you to enjoy your newly transformed home!
